United States Parcel Service "USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier.

DUE TO COVID-19 AND TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF, SHIPMENTS MAYBE DELAYED UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AT THIS TIME, AND PLEASE STAY SAFE !!!

The processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or Pre Orders, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

If your shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the USPS, we are not liable/responsible for sending a replacement package. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier or undeliverable addresses.

If your package has been returned due to invalid address information, non-payment of customs fees or refusal of parcel shipping and handling, then those fees are non-refundable.  USPS still charges a fee to transport the parcel.

Note: Orders with a value of $150+ are shipped via Priority Mail and require a signature.

Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a U.S. address originating within the 48 contiguous states. All orders will be shipped USPS Mail.

Please note that we observe National Holidays, and the Postal Service cannot ship on these dates!

All international orders will be shipped via International Priority Mail or First Class Mail, and will be charged the International Priority Mail fee for delivery to the address of the order. pHyre Hair Co. does not assume responsibility or liability for any customs issues: including duties or taxes. Please take into account that any customs charges must be paid directly by you.

We do not ship to the middle east or African regions due to strict customs regulations.
